I am asking that Christof be allowed to once again to work in Southern California with Virginia Chapman during the summer exchange program. He was wonderful with the students and was able to successfully connect with them. He was a real asset to the program and had a keen ability to make each student feel welcomed and appreciated. I believe students spread the word about this program largely because of him. I ask that Christof is petmitted to return. He IS the program.

Christof is a vital member to the team - he keeps the students engaged - they learn while having fun - the trio have worked together for years providing an incredible experience for not only the students but the host families as well
I had he pleasure of watching them at work last year for the 1st time new to the program I was somewhat apprehensive but by the end of the program was greatful for the support I received from all of them - there was never a question who was in charge of what it just happened and the kids respected their leadership and friendship
