Final supporters
University of LaVerne and the decision makers need to know how much Marlene Gilbertson Sheridan means to the Law School community.
We encourage the powers to be to reconsider their decision and keep Marlene where she belongs since she's the heart and soul of the school. Every single person who has attended the law school has experienced the outstanding performance of Marlene during and outside her working hours.
Everyone went to Marlene, not the bookstore, to share a story, post a proud family photo, express frustration with the school, complain about school or life in general, or just to say hello. Marlene is always there for us.
Now we are here for Marlene.

ULV - there is an a easy fix here. Hire Marlene as a ULV employee, and tell efollet they're off the hook. They can pocket the difference. Marlene is an asset to the College of Law, don't miss your opportunity.
Marlene is one of the key people who was like an advisor/counselor to me throughout law school. She was available during and after work hours for anything!!! She had the best advice for surviving law school as a new student and new all the right resources! She was a critical key to my success!!!!
There were two stand outs that made the culture at LaVerne so phenomenal: that all staff members went to great effort to know every student by name and Marlene. Some valuable things can't be measured in dollars and cents.
Marlene is ULVCOL! She is the reason the school spirit never died in that building, and the Beacon of hope that gave so many students the ability to stick it out and believe in themselves. She saved my life in so many ways! ULVCOL do whatever it takes, but keep Marlene there!
Marlene's absence from La Verne will be a great loss to the college and students. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have known what supplements to buy or which books were preferred by specific profs. She even took care of me after hours when I was sick!!!
Marlene is a treasure and a great asset to the University and the bookstore.
She's back full time starting 4/11/16 everyone! Thank you!!!

Marlene was always a delight to see when I walked into my evening classes. She always kept the bookstore open for us part time evening school students to grab a snack before sitting through hours of lecture.
