(FLUKE) Dr. Craig will be involuntarily leaving STAB after the 2016-17 year. Dr. Craig teaches multiple classes, helps organize school wide events, fixes ALL computer problems, and is a loving advisory mother. She teaches valuable lessons and gives guidance unavailable elsewhere, presenting students with information and advice that apply to classes in all fields. Not only does she benefits students with information about the proper actions online, but also solves all computer malfunctions. To further the growth of this school our community needs to embrace the rise of technology. With the new phone policy in use, we are seeing how much phones and technology are affecting our lives. By getting rid of our Technology Resource Coordinator (9-12) with a Ph.D in instructional technology, we are taking away our greatest and most valuable asset for our technological era.
The loss of Dr. Craig will greatly impact our school community. We are not only losing a caring, joyful, inspirational teacher, but also firing a beneficial aid to the advancement of technology and safety in this school. By signing this petition you are bringing attention to our administration the gravity of this loss of Dr. Craig and the school’s future in the successful use of technology.

I have submitted a formal request for a meeting with the administration to discuss the implications of removing the technology resource coordinator. We are currently preparing a briefing paper that details her specific contributions to our infrastructure and classroom operations. I will provide an update once the office confirms a time for us to present this information.

The administration has acknowledged the volume of this petition and requested a formal meeting to discuss current technology staffing plans. I am currently drafting a detailed summary of the instructional benefits Dr. Craig brings to the classroom to present at that sit-down.

The digital life skills class, movers and makers intensive, and computer/phone help are some of the most unique and best parts of STAB. These programs are amazing and always impress parents and students from other schools. Dr. Craig is a wonderful part of the STAB community and she would be missed dearly.
getting rid of dr craig is a huge mistake. shes the only one who actually knows how to keep our tech running and shes helped me out so many times when things went wrong during finals week. dont let her go.

Although I never had the opportunity to take any of Dr. Craig's classes, she was a tremendously important part of my transition to STAB. She looked out for me at the beginning of the year and continues to do so by offering her kind words and encouraging advice. I am disappointed to see that we are losing such an invaluable community member.
Dr. Craig has always been a kind, warm and welcoming teacher I can always approach with any problem. I'm sad to see both her and the valuable class of digital life skills leaving the STAB community.
I want Dr. Craig's position at the school to stay
