The district has yet to provide a formal response regarding the staffing change at our school. I am currently reaching out to local administrators to ensure they understand the disruption this transition would cause for our students.

Total nonsense. The district needs to stop looking at spreadsheets and start looking at what is actually working in the classroom. Keep her.
Kathryn is finally getting the kids excited about coding. Why mess this up with only a few weeks of school left? This is so frustrating for the parents and the students.
