We the citizen voters of the City of Castle Hills, Texas are disappointed and disturbed by the alleged actions of Aldermen Lesley Wenger, Douglas Gregory, and Sylvia Gonzalez in circulating a petition to replace our current City Manager.
Our current City Manager holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and a Master of Science in Public Administration. He as worked in city government for 19 years, and has been a positive asset for the City of Castle Hills.
We the citizens support Ryan Rapelye, and we want to keep him as OUR City Manager. We do NOT support his termination. SAVE OUR CITY MANAGER and SAVE OUR CITY!

This revolving door of City Managers is not healthy for good governance, if we were a school district with this history the state would come in. Please new members on the council, end the toxic atmosphere and work together to make our wonderful city a model of effective cooperation and excellence.
Mr Rapelye has developed a master plan to address the streets and drainage issue. Please give the man time to execute it. Continually changing course will accomplish nothing.
WE have TOO much turnover at City Hall. Keep our present staff. Make them feel wanted and appreciated.
Keep the current City Manager. The excuse of no experience as a CM is hogwash. He has performed superbly, notwithstanding the rhetoric being posted against him.
Ryan is the most qualified and competent city manager we have had in many years. We are lucky to have him. He needs to be encouraged to stay and the idea that our council is not only hoping to run him off but actively trying to fire him is incompetent and hurtful to our beautiful city!
I support Ryan Rapelye as our City Manager
Keep our professional city manager who is doing a great job.

Continuity with quality leadership is critical to our City. Mr. Rapelye needs to be retained and certain members of City Counsel need to stop micromanaging.
