Did City Manager Jim Palenick fail to disclose the 2018 Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act lawsuit regarding the Racine development project, that names Jim Palenick as a defendant?

Our city manager seems to have his own agenda.
His agenda is just that - HIS agenda. I don’t see his choices being for the good of Middletown. It’s for the good of Jim Palenick.
This guy is a crook and we need to get rid of him before he does irreparable damage to the city
If we can get rid of him, we need to get rid of the people that hired him as well !

Past behavior is an excellent predictor of future behavior. So far, in his time in Middletown he has appeared to have few if any boundries. He exhibits no interest in the culture of our town. He has lots of knowledge and expertise in economic development, but that is not enough for me.
