Jim Palenick no longer enjoys the support of a majority of Citizens and City Council, because Jim Palenick has proven himself to be a liability to our city, the undersigned move to remove him from his position as City Manager of Middletown, Ohio.
Past behavior is an excellent predictor of future behavior. So far, in his time in Middletown he has appeared to have few if any boundries. He exhibits no interest in the culture of our town. He has lots of knowledge and expertise in economic development, but that is not enough for me.
