Tracy Roles who is more than over qualified for his position as city manager is now being told to resign or he’ll be fired. This wasn’t a decision made by the fellow citizens of Ada but the council members, vice mayor, and mayor of the city. They will be holding a meeting March, 19th, 2025 at 4:00 pm with the intention that the citizens won’t show up against this injustice. The citizens should get a vote and a voice and that’s exactly what Tracy Roles is for all of the Ada citizens. Let’s show these officials that we won’t let them take our vote or our voice. Tracy is a great person and is doing great things for Ada. He's trying to do things right and is not part of the 'good ole boys' in the corrupt so called 'elite' of Ada. He's trying to clean up corruption and take care of all of Ada's great population.
Keep TRACY ROLES as City Manager. He represents all Ada community. Look at the improvements downtown with new businesses. Without his management Ada will become another Oklahoma ghost town.
Based on my experience in Government management, the items on the reprimand should have been discussed during his 6 month review and there is no evidence this happened.
I’ve known Tracy since he was a young boy!! He coached my boys in baseball and was also there friend!! When My son Danny was killed in a motorcycle accident, Tracy was on the first plane he could get on to be back here for us!! Tracy cares about people and the town he was raised in! Tracy my prayers are with you, and you family!!
Tracy Roles is the best City Manager Ada has had… In my 5 years in business here in Ada he is the only one I have ever seen out and about asking questions, making sure everyone is ok, and I might add I have never seen a council member in my 5 years so let’s talk about who really needs to be replaced…

I am proud to say Tracy Roles is my cousin. I watched him grow up in Ada. He was very excited to come full circle and move back to his home town to raise his youngest children. I am embarrassed to see how our town leaders have teated him (or anyone else). They should all be ashamed and we, as citizens of Ada need to take a very hard look at who gets voted in next time.
