Continuity with quality leadership is critical to our City. Mr. Rapelye needs to be retained and certain members of City Counsel need to stop micromanaging.

This whole thing is an absolute disgrace to Castle Hills and the fine citizens that live here and pay taxes! I have lived in Castle Hills for 15+ years and have watched several council members drive our city and our reputation into the ground.

Please please please stop fighting and start working together. Differences of opinion and vision are good, but that is where we are supposed to communicate with each other and come to compromises that benefit the entire community. All the animosity doesn't accomplish anything.

This revolving door of City Managers is not healthy for good governance, if we were a school district with this history the state would come in. Please new members on the council, end the toxic atmosphere and work together to make our wonderful city a model of effective cooperation and excellence.

The city secretary was incompetent, couldn’t even produce the correct list of city employees. Leslie was there at the day of the problem and we had to deal with an incomplete list, so she should know better .
