We the people, would love to have a more accessible and easy means to launch a kayak at Lake Unicoi. The banks and steps are just too steep, to not have the addition of a kayak slide or concrete walk way to roll our boats. This is a motorless fishery and is used predominantly by kayakers. Please sign the petition to get easier access to Lake Unicoi.

My back is killing me trying to drag my yak up those stairs every weekend. A slide would be a huge help for everyone out there.

PLEASE make this happen. i fell last time i was there bc the bank is so slick and steep. really dangerous for older folks.
