I am honestly overwhelmed by the kindness shown to Harley. This momentum belongs entirely to the people who chose to care when it would have been easier to look away.

We need to have universal laws governing animal abuse, such as making it a Felony & putting convicted abusers on an Animal Abuser List such as Sex Abusers must do . It has become far to often than these innocent animals are tortured and murdered.
We need JUSTICE FOR HARLEY!!!! He didn't deserve to have his life cut short. Laws need to be tougher for animal cruelty especially for killing an animal. Our pets are our family human or not and for those who can't have children like myself my dogs are my kids as Harley was Jessica's child.

I hope that justice is served for Harley! This woman is evil and deserves the maximum sentence allowed! My heart goes out to Jessica, Seth and her children, who have to now live without having the opportunity to watch Harley grow and make memories together! As a dog owner I know how close any animal can become and be considered family! #JusticeForHarley
