A dog owned by a woman going by the name of Britney Pochant is responsible for a vicious attack on a young woman by the name of Sammi Kerzmann. The dog latched on to Sammi's face while entering her mother's vehicle in April of 2019.
According to Sammi's mother when referring to the extent of her daughter's injuries she is quoted as saying: "The plastic surgeon said it will take Sammi's face up to a year or longer to heal & she will have to go to the plastic surgeon to have her xtra skin on her face lazered off so her face will never be the same"
This is unacceptable & the dog owner should be held responsible! The dog has yet to be seized by animal control & police have not arrested the owner! Sammi deserves justice!
This petition will be presented to the following:
- Garrison North Dakota Police Department
- McLean county animal control
- The city Council of Garrison, North Dakota
- Stuart Merry (Mayor of Garrison, ND)
- & may be used if needed in all legal action taken if applicable

I know both parties, and I’m an animal lover and member of PETA. But this is unacceptable! A beautiful young lady that I’ve known since she was a little girl has had her face possibly compromised forever, and not so much as a citation??!
This dog should be put down it's not right! She's going to be scared of that dog until either it's put down or the rest of her life!

Omg I am so sorry that happened to you girl!!!. I will keep u in my prayers. U may not know me but if u need a friend or someone to talk to I am here for u
I support this cause and hope the person who owns the doggy least takes responsibility for her animal!
Put the dog down and arrest the owners...... Prayers from Tx
