We demand justice for Jaci!
Jaci was almost 4 months old when she was killed by Amy Jones, her babysitter. Amy received a 2 year prison sentence for killing Jaci, but she is out on the streets after serving less than a year. A "clerical error" made by administrative staff allowed her to be released after serving less than 1 year - for killing a baby. This is NOT RIGHT, and justice is not being served!
We demand that the Superior Court of Dodge County, District Attorney, and law enforcement IMMEDIATELY put Amy Jones BACK IN PRISON where she belongs. She knows she belongs there, she knows she did not serve her 2 years. The Superior Court has given her 6 more weeks of freedom to be with her children and family while Jaci's family SUFFERS another devastating injustice. The Court wants to hold a "hearing" to let Amy Jones "respond" to the DA's request that she finish her 2-year sentence. She pled to the case, she doesn't deserve a hearing, and she doesn't deserve FREEDOM to be on the streets because she is a convicted KILLER.
Please show your support by signing this petition and contacting the responsible parties and elected officials! Together we can make a difference and get JUSTICE FOR JACI - since some people would rather turn a blind eye and allow Amy Jones to be free!
