This little dog SNOOPY was found lying for days behind a building in the South Bronx, his mouth duct taped, a shoe string tightly wrapped around his neck, beaten. People just walked by and did nothing to help him. We demand that authorities should promptly investigate this unconscionable act of extreme animal cruelty and find and bring the perpetrators to the justice!
