Hi everyone! If you have any love for animals, please sign this petition! Let me give you some background on what has been going on! Over a year ago, my mother called me crying saying that her next door neighbor got a yellow lab puppy, and that the dog was getting beaten! I lived in Las Vegas at the time, came home and also witnessed this abuse! Of course, we called the police! They did nothing except stop by and talk to the owner! My family and I have witnessed the abuse of this dog over and over again! The police said they can do nothing because we don't have video proof!!!!! (I don't have a video camera strapped to my wrist at all times)...long story short, Jake the yellow lab "went missing"...the neighbor admitted to another nieghbor after a night of drinking that he killed the dog! Again, the cops did nothing!!! To my shock, my moms nieghbor got ANOTHER puppy named Buddy! We couldn't believe it! I am currently living with my mom, and yet again have witnessed this man close fist punch his dog, leave him outside for days w no food and water, and show him zero attention!!! I did some digging and learned this mans name is Jerry! I looked up his criminal record and saw he went to PRISON for TORTURING and KILLING animals!!! I'm writing this petition because I'm currently waiting for the cops to arrive at his house! Tonight, I witnessed him grabbing the dog, throwing him out of his pen and threatening to let him outside to freeze to death because he's "done with him"....I live in Wisconsin and it's been below zero degrees all week! I cannot sit around and watch this happen anymore! My heart is breaking, and I feel helpless because the cops will not remove the dog due to no "video proof". Apparently tons of witnesses and complaints a not enough! Please everyone, let's be the voice for Buddy and help save this dog! Maybe the police will respond to this if we get enough signatures! Thank you

Seeing one hundred people stand up for Buddy gives me so much hope while I wait for the police. This is not just a signature count to me because it proves that people recognize the cruelty Jerry has inflicted on these animals. Thank you for helping me protect him.

Jerry is threatening to toss Buddy out into the cold tonight and I am terrified he will end up just like Jake. We are almost at one hundred signatures so please send this link to your neighbors right now to show the authorities that we refuse to let another animal die in this house.

Jerry is threatening Buddy again and I cannot watch another dog pay the price for this man's cruelty. We are nearing the five hundred mark so please push this to anyone who will listen because I need those in charge to see that we are watching.

Please provide us with an update. Fond du Lac is a small town. We should all be able to pull together and do something about this! Definitely involve the Humane Society. Keep yourself safe too - this guy is obviously a sociopath, and it is very likely that he does more than just torture animals - he is dangerous.
Poor puppy lucky I don't live next door I would probably be in trouble for breaking the dog out. Unfortunately that wouldn't help buddy you are doing the right thing
This is horrible, why can't this man be stopped? Welfare checks on this dog need to be done. If on probation why is he allow a pet? Sounds like recently killed his other dog? Why isn't this being handled?

That sickens me the cops wont do anything. With that being on his record the cops should be able to take the dog! It should be a law they never own a dog ever in thier misearable pathetic lifetime. Poor thing i would have took that dog when he left him outside. Just disgusting!

I live next door to the dog and his owner. I have seem him beat the crap out of this dog over and over again. he beats him with a golf club also. He uses a shock collar to shock him over and over again for no reason. please help stop the abuse. Help Buddy
