It has been brought to the residents attention that Lakeside Rise caretaker and cleaner, Renata has been treated unfairly by her employer.
Renata is facing potential job loss, because of her personal commitments and charitable works she does which has constrained her availability to work on Saturdays. Renata never worked on Saturdays and it would be of courtesy if she gets a day off to attend to her personal life. She selflessly helps homeless people and attends prayer meetings as LMC (The Lay Missionary of Charity) member on Saturdays.
She is being discriminated and threatened with dismissal because of her personal commitments.
Renata has been working at Lakeside Rise for past 6 years and is valuable asset to the company. Renata works hard to keep our buildings clean, she takes her job responsibly and professionally. She’s a part of the community, always welcoming residents with a warm smile and kind words.
As residents, who pay service charges and we believe that our opinion is vital to help Renata’s circumstance. Therefore, we would like to express our support for Renata to continue working Monday to Friday. We believe, Renata does an excellent job with utmost dedication and should be treated fairly.

Renata is a really lovely person. Always cheerful and helpful. Much better than any other care takers in terms of keeping herself busy and always performing. Please do consider other options for her, dismissal over a weekend off during covid economic stress is shocking and unethical.
I've been a resident here for 14 years and I have known renata since she has worked here at Lakeside Rise. When I found out about the bullying that she's experiencing I was deeply saddened. Renata is a lovely friendly person and doesn't deserve this treatment.
Renata is very hard working person its not fair whats happening to her. lakeside needs Renata because of her dedication and friendship she is part of our community.

Ranata is a very hard working! I leave for work before daylight and always see her cleaning and working hard. She always greets me with a smile and is so friendly. I think it's disgusting treatment of a loyal employee.

I don't know Renata personally although I am a resident at Lakeside Rise. I don't think it's fair for anyone to lose their job purely because they can't work one day of the week when they are willing to work every other day! It would be a different story if she was suddenly refusing to work on one of her contracted days, but since she's never worked on Saturdays here, I don't see why she should lose her job for this.
