Renata is very hard working person its not fair whats happening to her. lakeside needs Renata because of her dedication and friendship she is part of our community.

I have known Renata for one year she is hard working and a kind person and its unfair that she might loose her job because she cant work on Saturdays because of her commitments.

Ranata is a very hard working! I leave for work before daylight and always see her cleaning and working hard. She always greets me with a smile and is so friendly. I think it's disgusting treatment of a loyal employee.

Appalling treatment of someone who has been so loyal to the company. You have made me and my partner so welcome and we really do appreciate all you do. It's not right and needs to be corrected! Justice for Renata, this is such upsetting news

I agree with everyone Renata, is hard working, kind and considerate. Renata helps and respects everyone she greets and meets, she is amazing.

I don't know Renata personally although I am a resident at Lakeside Rise. I don't think it's fair for anyone to lose their job purely because they can't work one day of the week when they are willing to work every other day! It would be a different story if she was suddenly refusing to work on one of her contracted days, but since she's never worked on Saturdays here, I don't see why she should lose her job for this.

Renata is a really lovely person. Always cheerful and helpful. Much better than any other care takers in terms of keeping herself busy and always performing. Please do consider other options for her, dismissal over a weekend off during covid economic stress is shocking and unethical.

I've been a resident here for 14 years and I have known renata since she has worked here at Lakeside Rise. When I found out about the bullying that she's experiencing I was deeply saddened. Renata is a lovely friendly person and doesn't deserve this treatment.

Renata needs justice for all her hard work, commitment, love and care for others

I've come to know Renata over the last couple of years through our chats. She is an attentive, kind person who completes her daily tasks brilliantly. She is a wonderful person and should be an asset to her employer. We certainly appreciate everything Renata does for our residential site.
