I have been spending my nights reviewing the details of that November day and looking at the inconsistencies in the case again. It is heartbreaking to see a bright future put on hold because someone refuses to take responsibility for their own choices. Francisco is still waiting for the truth to come out and I will keep pushing until the system finally listens.

Seeing this momentum grow proves that people recognize the truth about what happened to Francisco. It means the world to our family that so many of you refuse to stay quiet while his future is being destroyed.

I have known Francisco Hurtado for over 5 years. I know him to be a God fearing young man who was brought up with morals and family values. Francisco is smart and hard working. He has been caring for his ill father and working 2 jobs to make ends meet. In this day and age little girls act and dress like woman. They are in such a hurry to grow up but real woman do not have relations with a man and then wait 3 months to decide it was RAPE! Not to mention the insult it must be for woman in this world who have really gone through the horrible act of being sexually assaulted. Most woman can think of a time when they regretted a sexual encounter with a man but this is called a learning experience NOT rape. I pray that justice will be served and Francisco will be found innocent of this crime.
i feel that he is inoncent why did they wait three months and if her parents new that they where dating why come out three months later and charge him with rape he is a wonderful person with a good heart i feel that he will be giving time for something that is not true i pray to god that this girl come out with the truth so his life wont be gone i feel that a lie detector needs to be giving to the girl and see the truth come out justice for fransico we love you

He looks to me like a very respectfull guy very gentle and very polaid
I was with him on his first years , I always advice him about the importance of been a good human been ,never had complaints , he always return respect and love . He is my loved grandson my baby boy. He deserves a good life . I know him ver well and he won't do anything against anybody.

I know Francisco growing up he is a good boy and played with my two daughters, when we were neighbors in Florida, he was happy and gently boy and get along with my daughters, and he was very respectfully.
