He's being tryed for raping a minor. She was 21 when they got together. 4 & a half months after they broke up she accused him of raping her. Now, she's claiming that she has the mentality of a fourteen year old, and they are adding statutory rape to the original bogus charges.
She goes to the bar and drinks, has two kids, and is in a relationship. Does that sound like a fourteen year old mentality to you?
He did not do this, and they don't have the necessary evidence to even hold him.

This whole thing is a complete joke and she is just out for revenge because they broke up. Ben is a good guy and everyone who actually knows him sees right through these lies.
