If you can answer "no" to all three questions, please sign this petition in honor of my brother and victim of a violent crime, Erik Ingebretsen.

1) Would you support Nathan Ramazzini receiving a reduced sentence for the murder of Erik Ingebretsen? He was convicted as an adult to life without the possibility of parole plus one year for special circumstances for his heinous, premeditated crime.

2) Would you support Nathan Ramazzini receiving the right to a juvenile Parole Board hearing when he was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole plus one year in 1998?

3) Would you feel safe and comfortable with Nathan Ramazzini walking the streets a free man, free to harm again?

Thank you for your support and help to maintain justice for Erik Ingebretsen, his family, and our community.

This evil person took this beautiful town’s innocence , my son and my niece were in the same class , would have graduated with Erik. That sadness did not fade they still have that emptiness in their hearts. Justice for Erik

Eriks life was worth so much more. Nathan is NOT rehabilitated!! Any remorse he now has is due to being in jail, not what he did. He stood side by side with us searching all the while KNOWING full well what he and Leo had done. Let him die in prison!!!

Was one of the first homicide cases I was introduced to when I started my career with CPD..... It was a brutal and senseless death.... he should NOT be allowed to walk the streets..... he got LWOP & it should remain that way....

My cousin Erik ingebretsen who was murdered by Nathan Ramazzini, deserves justice. Nathan should carry out his original sentence, life in prison. My family was told that Nathan would remain in prison for life. Too let him out early is taking the only justice and peace my family got.

One thing to consider is not just the horrific act itself, but the continued cruelty of not giving the family any motive. They deserve full closure. His brazen disregard for the family's sorrow is saddening and aggravating. If he is remorseful, he has yet to show it.

I remember this unfathomable and vicious murder. It rocked our community. Even coming up for parole after only 25 years is an insult to magnitude of this crime. For Erik's family, I'm very sad this law got passed and this is happening to them.

I knew Erik very well, he was such a goofy, funny, happy young man. He and my daughter went to Mexico a couple of times during Easter break from school with Habitat with Humanity. He and my daughter also worked together at Holiday market. No, No, No. Nathan needs to spend the rest of his days in prison! No release! No parole!

Nathan Ramazzini took a bright, promising, outstanding young man from his loving family and our community. I for one had the privilege to know Erik. Ramazzini needs to stay locked up.like the evil animal he is.
