Declan Eastwood had his short life taken from him at only 17 years of age, stabbed 12 times by Sean Fell at a party. The family was devastated but trusted the British Justice System to do the right thing, on Tuesday the 1st of May Sean Fell was found not guilty by a jury under the grounds of 'reasonable self defence' Declan was unarmed and stabbed 12 times 4 of which were considered fatal. We have been failed by the Justice System how stabbing someone 12 times can be considered self defence is beyond all reason, the defence lawyer alluded to the fact Fell was mentally slow and had a cannabis addiction, so what does this give someone the right to take a boys life and walk away scot free? apparently in this Country it does so I have set up this petition to see if we can get Justice for Declan, please people of the UK help my family get the Justice they deserve.
