After being punched, by an amateur boxer, whilst out for the night with friends Christopher was knocked out and hit his head which resulted in massive damage to his brain. He died 5 days later from his injuries.
The killer was sentenced to 3 years but has now appealled this with the hope that he will serve only 6 months of this sentence.
We, the undersigned, petition the judge to consider Christophers family in their decision. They accepted a 3 year sentence feeling that justice had been served - do not mock them by releasing Terrence Dignam after only 6 months.
The numbers are rising but the legal system moves heavy and slow. We need to hit this milestone before the court looks away from what happened to Christopher.

3 years was already way too short for a life. 6 months is an absolute joke. thinking of the family.
