These SCUMBAGS got charged with murder in the 2nd degree...Known as 'intentional murder', New York Penal Code section 125.25(1) provides that a person is guilty of Murder in the Second Degree with intent to cause the death of another person, if he causes the death of such person or of a third person.

Meaning they can get a sentence of a 15 to 25-year term in prison with the possibility of parole after serving 15 years.

They need to be charged with murder in the 1st with NO chance of parole!

They took a young, beautiful, smart, amazing woman’s life without hesitation! Why should they be allowed to EVER see freedom when they took her freedom?!?

Let’s all sign this and share and bring this to court!

These scumbags do NOT deserve any leniency at all! Ever!
