These SCUMBAGS got charged with murder in the 2nd degree...Known as 'intentional murder', New York Penal Code section 125.25(1) provides that a person is guilty of Murder in the Second Degree with intent to cause the death of another person, if he causes the death of such person or of a third person.
Meaning they can get a sentence of a 15 to 25-year term in prison with the possibility of parole after serving 15 years.
They need to be charged with murder in the 1st with NO chance of parole!
They took a young, beautiful, smart, amazing woman’s life without hesitation! Why should they be allowed to EVER see freedom when they took her freedom?!?

this was this womans boss. you mean to tell me he didn't know, out the blue he was going to kill this Beautiful person?. I'm pretty sure he knew what he was going to do when he did it. this is premeditated. and deserves murder in the 1st degree and the maximum sentence.
