We are calling for stronger penalties to help protect our animals. At this time there are no laws that protect neglected or abused equine in Baldwin Co. They do have laws that make it a felony to cause harm to cats and dogs. If you will please contact all of government officials that can change these laws. We thank you and so do the abused animals.
