We the undersigned demand that the landowner Peel Holdings listen to local residents and amend their current planning application as follows:
1. Remove the controversial Block ‘B’ from the plans and create more green space.
2.Create more 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.
3.To improve the apartment layout to make better use of the views of the canal basin.

Ridiculous to pack so many tiny flats in there. Families actually want to live here but need bedrooms!
Listen to the people who live here already. We dont want our light blocked out by massive ugly buildings.
The views are the whole point of that spot. Why hide them behind bad layouts? Peel need to sort it out.
block b is a total eyesore. we need green space not more concrete right on the canal.
Give us some grass and trees! tired of seeing nothing but brick walls around the wharf.

Too dense. It will be a nightmare for traffic and parking. Scale it back.
