“Call
upon the Federal
Parliament to exercise its constitutional powers,
through legislation and other means, to foster the protection of
ours basic rights
to afford the same rights as those currently shared across all area
in the adoption world.
By protecting me and others in focusing upon removing the
discrimination on the basis ours rights to return our natural bio links in Birth Death and Marriage registry of our Home
land (state) in Australia, correcting the Supreme courts process by
which the adoption legislation currently in place.
As
found within our files return to /ours DNA family placement
confirming our true identity the rights to amend the records, has
true and correct of who we are under the Birth and Death Marriage
registry act
I
sign as an Adult Australian citizen lawful over the age of 18.
Now
declare the following,
1.Changes
The
right to legally use our unamended birth certificate in place of the
certificates issue under the children act 1982.
Amend
ours certificate to show both biological parents and others siblings
born prior to our birth to be included on our unamended birth
certificate from each parents.
Historical
certificate connected to and including but not limited to
certificates of parent’s death certificate, plus sibling’s birth
certificate, amended within the normal registry time frame.
2.
Challenges
To
be given the opportunity to challenge the rights to use these
certificates in all the legal it entails to the ever wider community
of Australia and oversea in their normal certificate use.
3.Choices
Approachable
where needed, personal names of choice to be added to the birth
certificate where name’s, (meaning our current names or other names
use in the community by us to be added to the unamended birth
certificate) is different.
To
have the right to use DNA evidence admissible require by the court of
law to further establish biological family connection ( siblings aunt
uncle etc)
To
have the right to rescind our adoption process now in place on us all
null and void.

It's a basic right for a person to be able to list their birth mother on their birth certificate and vise vera.
