Our Freedom Of Choice Petition

Flip The Australian Sovereign Coin”

Call upon the Federal Parliament to exercise its constitutional powers, through legislation and other means, to foster the protection of ours basic rights to afford the same rights as those currently shared across all area in the adoption world. By protecting me and others in focusing upon removing the discrimination on the basis ours rights to return our natural bio links in Birth Death and Marriage registry of our Home land (state) in Australia, correcting the Supreme courts process by which the adoption legislation currently in place.

As found within our files return to /ours DNA family placement confirming our true identity the rights to amend the records, has true and correct of who we are under the Birth and Death Marriage registry act

I sign as an Adult Australian citizen lawful over the age of 18.

Now declare the following,

The right to legally use our unamended birth certificate in place of the certificates issue under the children act 1982.

Amend ours certificate to show both biological parents and others siblings born prior to our birth to be included on our unamended birth certificate from each parents.

Historical certificate connected to and including but not limited to certificates of parent’s death certificate, plus sibling’s birth certificate, amended within the normal registry time frame.

2. Challenges

To be given the opportunity to challenge the rights to use these certificates in all the legal it entails to the ever wider community of Australia and oversea in their normal certificate use.

Approachable where needed, personal names of choice to be added to the birth certificate where name’s, (meaning our current names or other names use in the community by us to be added to the unamended birth certificate) is different.

To have the right to use DNA evidence admissible require by the court of law to further establish biological family connection ( siblings aunt uncle etc)

To have the right to rescind our adoption process now in place on us all null and void.
