I have been working with legal counsel to finalize a formal request for review regarding the case files. A representative from Judge Hall's office confirmed receipt of our initial notification. We are now preparing the supporting documentation to be delivered by hand.

The volume of support has reached a level that necessitates a formal briefing for the clerk of the court. We are currently finalizing the courier package and scheduling a time to deliver these signatures directly to the judge's office.

From what I have seen of Vernon as an inmate, he should be given the benefit of the doubt so he came be the productive citizen in our society. We as a society cannot afford to throw away individuals based on faulty or possibly unreliable testimony.
I find Vernon honorable,responsible& prepared for release to be a honorable member of society.
There is a disproportionate amount of the brow population being incarsarated. This perpetuates the problem, lets fix it.
It is time for Vernon to be released from this situation. Please, please review the facts in this case and come to the correct conclusion that he should be released.
Let there be justice for not some but for all! God bless Mr. Evans and may the truth prevail.

is a travesty to take tis young man's future and throw it away on speculation. So free Vernon Evans !
