Reaching this level of support feels heavy because it reminds me of how much work remains to be done. I am exhausted by the pushback we face, but seeing this momentum gives me the grit to keep going.

I wish I had been taught this properly when I was in school instead of just being told not to do it.
I didn’t know anything about sex until I had sex . If we know more we can protect ourselves, and respect our partners. All we know about sex is what we see in Hollywood.
kids are already seeing this stuff online anyway so why not teach them the actual facts instead of leaving them to figure it out from random videos
Teaching sex Ed to children is fundamental for kids to grow up knowing the risk they can run into.
Sex ed that is actually taught to younger aged children has been statistically proven that will manage them to not get pregnant or lose their virginity at such a young age and also explains how our future generations will know the risks that they could possible come across and prevent them.

ABOUT TIME. abstinence only is just setting everyone up for failure and not teaching them how to be safe.
