Immediate rectification of poor Telstra reception in Ellenbrook WA.

In early July 2017 Telstra reception in the Ellenbrook area noticeably dropped quite significantly. Some homes like mine which previously had very good and reliable Telstra reception now have "No Service" or "SOS Only" quality with no ability to make or receive calls.
As a perth metropolitan suburb, it is unacceptable that a phone service provider can stand behind the company line of "We've moved our tower 700m to make way for the new highway and this has resulted in your house becoming a dead spot, but please contact your local council so we can get support for the approval of a new tower". This is a compete cop out and they are referring to a tower which still hasn't moved past pre-planning/approval stage according to Telstra representatives.
This sudden failure in the provision of a reliable phone service and network connection poses a serious and potentially life threatening concern if a person is unable to contact or have a reliable and secure line to contact loved ones or emergency services.
I urge you not to fall into the trap of spending the quoted $960 for the Telstra Signal Booster or signing up to another phone provider and instead sign your name below to join together and be heard. Telstra needs to be accountable for its actions and must provide its customers with reliable network coverage, something it was previously doing up until July this year.
