Immediate rectification of poor Telstra reception in Ellenbrook WA.

Very slow download speed

Appalling service. We're locked into contracts with telstra and dont get what we're paying for.

We have only started having issues recently, maybe 4 months. But only get sos & internet keeps dropping out. Terrible. Something has to have changed recently as it was ok before.

Terrible reception. Most of my calls drop out or I can't ring at all!

My phone is zero bars in bedroom, internet so slow couldn't use it.. This is after paying 90.00 mth internet, 90.00 mth my mobile, 55.00 mth husbands mobile. Your reception is now as bad as your customer service which is ZERO !!! Shame on you Telstra

After swapping from Vodafone to Telstra due to bad service. I was gauranteed Telstra would be able to offer me decent coverage in the area I live in (6055). The reception I have is below average and despite multiple phone calls being made to rectify this nothing has been done. These days, people rely on their phones for EVERYTHING. If Telstra are going to offer a service the least they can do is start providing what we're bloody paying for. Ridiculous. Not to mention Telstra customer service is an absolute joke. Get it sorted.

Reception with telstra is appauling in Equis Lakes and Annies Landing. With so many fly in fly out families having no choice but to use telstra whilst away but getting no reception in the comfort of their own home. Been over 2 years in a newly built house and the Ellenbrook Telstra Shop is no help and multiple phone calls to Telstra have not helped

Out internet has also been very slow over the last few weeks here in Bullsbrook. Very frustrating!

Very poor reception SOS only in Annie's landing, if I find a good spot I'm lucky I get 1 bar

We have a child with anaphylaxis and if we have a situation "God forbid", we may not get him help in time especially if we can't get to the home phone. We need service in Ellenbrook. This is rediculous..

I've had to change from Telstra to Vodafone because in Annie's Landing (Ellenbrook) I had no reception at all!

Whole heartedly agree! I have Telstra WiFi and the past few weeks I've had WiFi switched off to use services on my mobile. It's ridiculous Telstra.

Woburn Park, The Vines is also terrible reception

Shocking reception in my household. Have had to resort to mobile data just to run my business and that too at times is shocking!

Let's be heard. Join the petition and have Telstra engage in some actual customer service.
