Dear Chappelle residents who else is having issues with dropped calls and no cell phone service? I believe if we all come together as a community our voice will be heard. I feel it’s safe to say we are loyal customers and we are not receiving the basic service owed to us. During these difficult times many of us have been stuck working from home. Not being able to communicate properly to family,friends,colleagues, and clients.We pay high mobility bills and I don’t think it’s too much to ask to be able to use the service we pay for. If we can get enough signatures I will present our concern to Telus and hopefully they will help us so next time we get a call we’re not going to that one spot in the house to get one bar

I have compiled the feedback from residents detailing current service gaps and drafted a formal request for a site assessment. This documentation is now being submitted to the Telus regional infrastructure planning office to initiate a review of our area.

The growth of this petition shows Telus that our service reliability issues are widespread rather than isolated incidents. I am currently drafting a formal letter to their regional planning department to request an immediate site assessment for our neighborhood.

I would like to have our cell phone service much improved by doing what it takes, build a new tower etc.
I am tired of having broken up calls or dropped calls while making important appointments with doctors etc. I neeeeed better service in this area! Please make the change
This has gone on too long...too many dropped calls, poor reception! Offered free movies...not good enough. Called Telus soooo many times and told that someone was out (doesn't matter what time of year) and told they're looking into it.
Constant dropped calls also prime video constantly goes off just in one room always have to reload it
Cell phone and internet service is horrible in Canada in general. There are 2nd and 3rd world countries with better cellphone service and internet speed/ connections in Canada too, and cheaper.
We need this in Chappelle

I continue to get dropped calls and very poor reception in the Chappelle area. I have heard of people trying to call 911 and their call still did not go through. Please add an additional tower in Chappelle
