We the undersigned request that members of the Illinois Senate and House of Representatives hereby pass legislation to place a Recall Procedures Initiative on the November Ballot. We the undersigned request this initiative in accordance with our inalienable right to recall public officials whom we deem as unfit to carry out their term. We the undersigned also acknowledge that the positions of the Illinois Legislature are bound to carry out the best interests of their constituents and will be held responsible in their own congressional election campaigns for their failure to support the rights of self-determination of the constituency.
