I started this because I was frustrated with the silence in our state house but the messages you are all sending me have been eye opening. It turns out that so many of you share this same exhaustion and I am just trying to keep up with the stories you are sharing. Thank you for making me realize that this is much bigger than one person.

So tired of our political leaders or lack of leaders. Either produce or get the hell out.
the citizens of this country should have the ability to recall all elected officials when necessary.
I agree that public officials should be recalled especially when they possess no true understanding of the law especially in family court systems. When I did not have the money to hire legal counsel, Judge Kelly gave away every right that I had of protecting my children to their dad who despite the dads documented history of the domestic violence on file, the childs' behavioral issues, poor grades, and ever occurring school suspensions. The next elections for voting family court judges OUT are not until 2016. Where is the peace of mind and justice for the children?
Public officals are not above the law and are protected by their "Buddies". HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE for there actions. RECALL----RECALL
It's about time something is being done. Way to much power and no way to stop them.
judge jay mastin is a bad corrupt judge in marshall county in Albertville Alabama HE IS a family court judge he needs to be in jail because he listens to cps social workers lies and cps told him to punish my family by not letting me and my husband visit our kids or talk on the phone with our kids this is parental alienation and unconstitutional I haven't even had any due process and in the hearing when social worker Marty between and cps lawyer James Berry told the judge to punish me by not letting us see our kids that's the exact words now they are digging at straws try and want to take my parent rights my kids were taken without a court order and without a warrant. They are over caseload they all need jail my kids have been abused over and over in dhr care please investage. I want and need my kids back. The lawyer John Flanagan push my hand down and squeezed my wrist and fingers tight told me I'm not allowed to speak about my innocence and not allowed to speak about the abuse my kids go through in dhr care they all retalleated against me and my family civil rights violations help me please my phone number 2562982941

Let's go for it. We need to hold elected officials responsible to the citizens of WV.
