This petition urges that the Hurlingham Club introduce more membership options, particularly for young adults, in light of unprecedented rise in living costs in recent years. Many young adults have been members since childhood and have a great fondness for the club and it would be a great shame if they involuntarily had to give up their membership due to financial constraints (as some already have). Suggestions include a reduced membership fee similar to out-of-town memberships, or to freeze memberships for a certain period of time. This would also allow more people from the wait list to join the club and result in better usage of the club.
Please leave any comments, ideas and suggestions below (being respectful of the club and other individuals at all times).
Please help by forwarding to everyone and anyone you may know who would support this motion. The next committee meeting is on the 6th February and this will be raised as an agenda item, would be great to get as many signatures as possible before then. Thank you !!

The committee has confirmed that this proposal is officially on the agenda for the upcoming meeting. I am currently finalizing a formal briefing document to outline the specific tiered membership structures we are requesting.

I am a member currently at university, great club, would love to stay and member and into my twenties but financially that could be unviable with current membership costs especially as I currently use the facilities so rarely.
This will revolutionise interest/company of the club and should have happened a long time ago!

The price hike is just way to much for anyone starting out in their career. Really hope they listen because I dont want to lose my connection to the place.
