Hudson residents who park in the garage, you may not be aware of this issue but the garage has horrible security and the management and owners have done nothing. In the 3 years I have lived in this building, I am aware of at least 8 cases of break-ins to vehicles in the garage. Just last night 4 more cars were broken into with windows broken. Please support this effort to get Hudson, Thrive management and the owners to help us protect our vehicles by signing this petition as I have been informed this is the only way they will act to make improvements. I would also post to social media.

Seeing this many neighbors finally speak up about the garage break-ins is truly overwhelming. It shows management that we are no longer willing to accept the constant damage to our vehicles in silence.

I have had 3 cars broken into in the 7 months I’ve lived here, my motorcycle stolen once and vandalized twice
deleteSep 29, 2019 I had the same conditions last year. My car got three times brake-in, I am so upset that no one actually have any solutions. Every one (includes police and the managers) always say “I am so sorry”. So what? We do not need “I am so sorry!” We NEED A GARAGE DOOR! Please take an action!

I'm a new resident. I'm really surprised to see such behavior from management.
My car was broken into last year. The Hudson’s response was “
I saw Hudson management take away the petition flyers from the cars in garage. What an "Efficient" way of handling the problem. Let's take this to the next level and post our concerning reviews on all major websites- Yelp, Google, Zillow etc.

I just spoke with Management about the problem and she said there was nothing they could do and they have no intention of fixing the cameras in the garage. This is not right. What is our $200 a month going to if there is no security in place??
