FIX THIS. Philly is becoming unaffordable for the people who actually work here.
Philly rents are way to high for regular people now. My sister cant even find a place near her job anymore. Do something about it.
the council needs to wake up and pass this already. way too many families are struggling to keep a roof over their heads.
good luck finding a place on minimum wage. my mom is on a fixed income and she is worried sick shes gonna lose her home.
it is getting impossible to live here! we need more options for families and seniors before everyone gets pushed out of the city.

stop building nothing but high end condos that nobody can afford. we need housing for everyone not just the rich.
