The management at Overlook Manor clearly thought they could ignore us while we froze in our own homes. They are learning the hard way that we have had enough of their excuses and neglect.

Living here for two years and it never gets better. Tired of freezing showers in the morning!
Woke up for work at 5am and it was ice cold. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP.

Seriously it is ridiculous we pay so much in rent just to have no hot water half the time!
