The showers in the flats do not have enough hot water pressure to use the shower with hot or even warm water! A new system needs to be put In place to fix this issue sign the petition to make the council do something!
I spent the morning talking to neighbors who are tired of shivering through their daily routines because our water pressure remains non-existent. My next step is delivering this list to the housing office so they finally understand that we are not going to ignore this problem anymore.

Seeing this many neighbors finally speak up makes me feel like we might actually get a decent shower at home for once. It is exhausting to live like this and knowing I am not the only one struggling with these freezing pipes gives me so much hope.

As a resident I’ve been trying to get this issue sorted since I moved in at the end of July to keep being told there’s nothing that can be done

Yes we moved here in December with no electricity working and we have a 4 year old, also they fitted our bathroom with a shower curtain but when I called silver to ask where is the shower as most places I have rented have all been updated with showers! My husband sufferers with mild autism so finds it difficult to sit in a bath of water due to his OCD but when I spoke to silver about this they just told me ‘yes you have a shower curtain for when you have a bath! It’s disgusting considering the amount of rent we are paying here for a two bedroom flat at almost £800 a month.

You fit a shower in the flats, but water pressure is to low, for shower to work. Who came up with that stupid idea. You fit a shower so you can use it. Not look at it. Everyone needs a shower, you even fitted a shower curtain. why. Correct this big problem.

I am a resident in these flat, I think it’s appalling that you’ve supplied us with shower heads that can only pump out cold water

Unacceptable, a date should be given for when the contractors will be back in and a rent rebate whilst it is pending

I hope this can be fixed ASAP for all the Tenants at Iveagh court flats in Bracknell, because the shower only works using stone cold water so they’re unable to wash hair using the shower and the bath fills so slowly because of the low hot water pressure from the taps, which isn’t suitable for a couple or family with a child to be able to use the bathroom facilities.

No water pressure, no shower. We pay for a service we don't have
