Hold Students of North Rockland High School Accountable for Their Racism (and another things)
Many students in our school have been spreading racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism and hateful language. Some of these students have a bright future ahead of them, sports, amazing colleges and scholarships. They have bullied and harassed people, and frankly I don't think they deserve the future they are getting. I have created this petition to help others thrive and to hold these students accountable.

I HAVE BEEN SPENDING MY ENTIRE WEEK SENDING EMAILS TO THE ADMINISTRATION REGARDING THESE INCIDENTS!! THEIR SILENCE IS LOUD BUT WE ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE UNTIL THINGS CHANGE!!

You get in trouble when you say something even slightly mean within school walls, yet you can get away with even worse comments outside of school why? Unacceptable.
This is something people need to be held accountable for. It’s sickening to see and hear the troubles that minorities go though.
It’s so sad how there has to be a petition to stop people from being racist, transphobic ect.. People need to start educating themselves and become a better human being. We need to see change for the world & especially at Rockland County.
Students should be held responsible for their racist, homophobic, transphobic, and sexist things they say.
The fact that our school had normalized this behavior is not ok at all, we need change now!

BEING RACIST, HOMOPHOBIC AND ABLEIST shouldnt be normalized and justified at all and the fact that many kids in nr think it’s okay is so sad, please nr wake up and educate these kids.
