We, the citizens of the Ponds Community, petition Edge Homes, for a proposal on how to avoid raising the monthly Home Owners’ Association fee

In January, 2015 we received a letter from Edge Homes stating that HOA fees would not be raised. In June, we received a letter stating that fees would go up 15% in July and 15% more in January. We request the following actions on the part of Edge Homes:

  • Provide a detailed explanation of expenses and use of HOA assessments over the last year
  • Give us a proposal on how to lower fees
  • Hold a face to face meeting for community members to attend where the above items are discussed
  • When is Edge Homes planning to turn over the management of the HOA to the community?
