We, the citizens of the Ponds Community, petition Edge Homes, for a proposal on how to avoid raising the monthly Home Owners’ Association fee
In January, 2015 we received a letter from Edge Homes stating that HOA fees would not be raised. In June, we received a letter stating that fees would go up 15% in July and 15% more in January. We request the following actions on the part of Edge Homes:
- Provide a detailed explanation of expenses and use of HOA assessments over the last year
- Give us a proposal on how to lower fees
- Hold a face to face meeting for community members to attend where the above items are discussed
- When is Edge Homes planning to turn over the management of the HOA to the community?

I was told by Edge that the HOA was not predicted to go up for 5 years. What can we do to prevent it from going up?
I would like the home owners to have more input in the HOA decisions.

I am very concerned about the increases jn our HOA fees and would appreciate more explanation and more input from home owners.
