By signing this document, the undersigned agrees with the following statement: I wish to express support for a nursing home in Hillsboro, WI with the capacity of, at minimum, 40 resident beds, over and above any beds counted as assisted living or swing beds. I believe that this community has historically supported such a facility and will do so in the future. I feel that such a facility is vital to the health and well-being of the community. I realize that providing nursing home care is an expensive undertaking with a historically small return on investment. I believe by providing a safe, loving and supportive home for the elderly and infirm, a community shows gratitude for those who have worked so hard to build the community ahead of us. I pledge to support the health care network that in turn supports our elderly and infirm, so that my use of the network services will in turn help sustain a quality nursing home.
