We the undersigned request that the Office of the KY Attorney General please investigate the circumstances surrounding a tragic accident that occured in Carlisle, KY on April 24, 2009. Several innocent persons died in this tragic incident and I would greatly appreciate if your office would further investigate this matter. There remain many questions as to how this accident was investigated. Furthermore, there have been and continue to be tributes, on the road where this accident occured which are offensive to the persons who passed away in this accident as well as their families and friends.
