Indict William Reese on two counts of vehicular manslaughter to bring justice for Carol Jones and Shirley Tarvor
On the afternoon of May 6, 2014, William Reese of 2607 Wise ST ran a red light causing the deaths of two sisters. Our two loved ones Carol Jones (69) and Shirley Tarvor (71) were taken away from us suddenly by William Reese’s illegal actions. On this day my entire family lost a mom, aunt, grand mom and sister. We are demanding justice from the city of Hopewell VA for our lost love ones. Unfortunately the officer J.Shutt, who investigated the accident, did not indict William Reese on charges that were conducive of taking our loved ones lives. Instead William Reese has been charged with a slap on the wrist and an insult the family of reckless driving. Please help our family in the pursuit of JUSTICE for our lost love ones.

This insanity has to stop! How do a person recklessly run a red light and killed two loving beautiful human beings and not be charged with their deaths. Have we really stooped this low in America? Put this man behind bars and send a message that this type of reckless behavior will not be tolerated!!!!

He was my neighbor and had a bad health issue and shouldnt have been behind the wheel. He knew that.
