The Board of Directors can no longer pretend these failures are invisible. We have built real momentum and it is clear that residents are fed up with the incompetence and waste in this community.

The amount we pay in dues is ridiculous for the service we get. Something needs to change asap.
Finally someone is speaking up about the sidewalk mess. Took forever to get anyone out here.
Sick of the excuses. Just get one professional company to handle everything so we stop wasting money on confusion and overlapping fees.
Hard to get a straight answer even when you call the office. Hopefully the board actually listens to us this time.
TOTAL WASTE. We need accountability now.

We just want our community managed right without all the unnecessary fees. Makes sense to consolidate.
