Recently we have all become aware of the rape charges against Herbert Swinton in Miami. Because of the overwhelming love and support he has been recieving since the beginning of these ridiculous allegations it seems like a good idea to make and distribute this petition as a show of support that can be used and documented in a court of law. The lawyer can't document all of the comments on facebook and twitter, this petition can be filed and mentioned during future court proceedings.
