NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS! That's not his character. I've known Herbie for at least 15 years and he is nothing more than a kind, easygoing person who in recent times have been focused on being a good father to his son. I'm hoping this female will some to her senses and state that she is not telling the whole truth. Don't do this to him.

It's sad to see he has to go through this, the only mistake he did was talk to that girl.... Herbert is Smart and charming he would never try to rape anyone, I've known him for many years and he has never been this person that they are saying he is. He always treated me and showed me nothing but respectful. This will all be over!!!! Hope you get to your Son and family soon!!! God is good

Herbie is an outstanding person a great father a good man IN his community and one of the best friends I have, who would never harm anyone. this rape allegation has gone to far! Herbie would not ever RAPE any female he's a family man a great role model He have a lot going for him self, please free Herbie he doesn't deserve to go through this... I love you

I can't believe herbie would do something of this nature. I've know him since we were old enough to talk. In all my years this is the most far fetched accusation I've ever heard. I hope the truth comes to light and he is found innocent of these crimes. Once he's found Innocent I hope they prosecute the so called "victim" for lying
