This group was set up by Navan locals to help address the needs of a family of six whose home was burnt down last weekend on 22nd February 2014, in the town of Navan. This fire destroyed everything they owned. Seeing a lack of social support, members of their community have come together to petition for adequate financial and housing assistance from local authorities. We are pursing this issue as the family have tried and have been denied assistance. As a group, we wish to express our grievences and dissatisfaction. We are petitioning for essential support which sees their financial, housing and emotional needs addressed.
