Please help us save our BSW teachers!  As of January 4th, some of our long standing teachers at BSW will have to make the difficult choice of staying at BSW or moving on because of a pending contract change.  Due to the proposed contract change, teachers who are Green Card holders will be losing many of their benefits.  As a result, these teachers will not be able to afford to stay in the US without the current benefits attached to their salaries.  Students and parents will be forced to say goodbye to many great teachers, some of whom have been a part of BSW from its inception.  Not only will this proposed contract change result in the loss of current teachers, it will no doubt lead to an overall high turnover rate in our teaching staff in the years to come.  The majority of teachers whom are currently effected, or will be effected in the future, want to stay.  They are an integral part of the life, learning and community of BSW!
