Since opening, we have had such a great time serving the public and creating a special place for friends and family to gather on the bench. By far, the most feedback we have had is that our hours are limiting - so we are going to appeal them with the city. We will be asking for a 2 hour increase, closing at 9pm instead of 7pm. We appreciate your support in this venture and can’t wait to see what lies ahead!

The city bureaucrats are currently dragging their feet on our request because they refuse to acknowledge that this community wants more than a few measly hours of service. I am firing off follow-up emails to the council members who think they can just ignore us until we stop asking.

Love this pub and their beer. It's our destination for a walk on the KVR, or on the way back from a bike ride to the tunnel
Aren’t wineries open til 9 in the area? What difference does it make if it’s a brewery? 9 is a very reasonable closing time. I’d argue even that is early.
Please extend hours...I've showed up multiple time after mountain biking and it was already closed!
Abandoned Rail Brewing co is a family gathering place that has earned an extension in their hours. They are truly great people and would respect their neighbours during any time of operation. What better way to bring the community together then over a beer and an apple slushie!?
Would love to see hours extended. Can't get there till 630 after work and they close at 7p

A mandated closing time of 7pm, especially during the summer months, is absolutely unreasonable. Closing at 9pm or later is more appropriate.
