Please support Mom's Margios Diner / Retro Lounge at the Port of Rochester stay open.
We are asking for pro-rated rent during the off season until the Summer season. We need to keep businesses open in the Port and surrounding Charlotte area to help generate tax revenue, revitalization of the Port of Rochester and help the local economy.
We were upset when the Dewey Ave location closed, please dont let the port location go, as well!

Best place that could be in that spot. Clean, good food, great people. Everyone has hard times especially in this economy. Work with the man. That building needs this business. It's attracts good people to that area .

It is a gem and we live the location. We don't need another empty space so please Mayor Warren extend the lease at a reduced rate until summer season. Charlotte, Irondequoit and Greece residents don't need another great business to be lost due to politics.

Save Mom's Margio's/Retro Lounge at the Port of Rochester. The city is dead wrong on this one! The city should be backing people willing to have a business in the old ferry building, not having varying rent per square foot for the various businesses within the same building. Jeff Scott has worked very hard to bring in business to the Charlotte area, good business with a good clientele to the area. It's not right for the city to say things are okay for one business and not for others.

why does this man need money to stay open, didn't he make enough to do it him self. Let him go to the bank and borrow it, Is this what this world has come to, Ask for money and people will give it to you, socialism at it's best.
