The town council continues to ignore our messages but I am still sending the same requests to their offices every single morning. It is exhausting to keep pushing against this wall of silence while we wait for a formal response. I am not stopping until they acknowledge that the public green belongs to the people of this town.

I grew up here and it used to be so festive. really miss the lights and the spirit. why not let people decorate?
it makes the town look nice for the kids. stop being so difficult about everything.
West Milford needs more holiday cheer!!!! Its so depressing driving by the green and seeing it empty.
Ridiculous that we have to ask for this.
Let them put the displays up. It cost the town nothing since it is private money. Such a joke that this is even an issue.

love seeing the town lit up for the holidays. hope the council changes their mind this year because it really brings everyone together.
